Article 1 Purpose

These Terms of Service set forth the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between aanug (the “Company”), the provider of KokoRoom, and users in connection with the use of the Service.

Article 2 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply.

1. “User” means a person who agrees to these Terms and uses the Service.
2. “Service” means KokoRoom and all related features provided by the Company. The Service includes menstrual cycle tracking and predictions, Today’s Weather, calendar, condition records, partner connection, Bench, sending care messages, notifications, and feedback submission.
3. “Account” means a unit used to identify a User based on a Firebase anonymous identifier (UID), without a separate email-based sign-up process.
4. “Partner” means another User who is connected to a User through an invitation code and receives access to certain shared information.

Article 3 Effect and Changes to the Terms

1. The Company may modify these Terms within the scope permitted by applicable laws and regulations. Any changes will be announced within the Service.
2. If any change is unfavorable to Users, the Company will provide prior notice at least 30 days before the effective date.

Article 4 Eligibility and Use Conditions

1. The Service is available only to users who are at least 14 years old. Use by anyone under the age of 14 is not permitted.
2. Accounts are created and identified based on a Firebase anonymous UID rather than an email address.
3. By starting to use the Service without a separate sign-up process, the User is deemed to have agreed to these Terms.
